  Service at the Jungfrau Hotel was exceptional. Email correspondence was prompt and courteous. Late check in was processed smoothly. Easy access to Interlaken city centre. The food was very good ( both Breakfast and Dinner, and we are vegetarians ). The staff also help organise our activities such as Paragliding and Canyon Jumping . I would strongly recommend The Jungfrau Hotel and its excellent staff - We loved everything about the hotel.It was the most relaxing break, all staff were so helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us and he was made very welcome. It is in a peaceful village and so very close to the Railway station so it was easy to access all that the region offers. We are already checking our dates to book again for next year! A wonderful hotel!

  Very friendly staff with exceptionel attention to detail and made us feel very welcome-we really enjoyed our stay at The Bear Inn and will return again at some point in the future. - Great food, Great location, Great staff, Good sized rooms. Perfect for a swiss vacation

  The apartment was most convenient to the railway station and shops a few mins walk away. Grindlewald and Interlarkin were a short drive away. The owners spoke English and were very helpful. The underground garage was an added bonus. We would recommend this Apartment.

  The location of the Hotel is very good...The break fast was really good. - Really nice restaurent with fine menu. Breakfast was fine.
