  We just came in from 12 days in Italy and this hotel room was larger than the others we stayed in. The bed was softer. That was nice. European beds are pretty hard. They offered free Wifi in the rooms. Breakfast was included. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. They gave us free bus and metro passes.
