Staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome.They were so
helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel was very
central and good value for money compared with other hotels in the city
centre. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent.
Breakfast was fantastic with a really good choice of food to eat.
Don't be put off by the 2 star rating its as good if not better than
many hotels we've stayed in with a higher star rating.

We liked that it was in a quiet little town, just more of a distance than we expected so might be hard for travellers with lots of luggage or not used to the walk. Everyone needs to eat at the restaurant everyday. Food and service is superb ! What a delightful surprise. Lovely staff, too -
