  We really enjoyed the staff and the pool. The breakfast wasn't extravagant but was sufficient. - It an excellent hotel if you have a car as it is outside Geneva yet close to it. The view of the lake is marvelous when taking breakfast in the morning.

The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.   It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. It's proximity to the La Praille mall proved to be an advantage because i didn't have to go very far to find a variety of restaurants. The public transport links into central Geneva were very good, you can catch a bus just outside the hotel.   This Hotel is a lovely old hotel in a beautiful setting on the Avenue of Flowers. As i was quite ill, I needed a doctor and one was provided for me in very short time.   I actually stayed in Royal Plaza which I think is connected to Villa Toscane. Rooms were excellent and spa facilities excellent. - usage of the pool and welness facilities in the montreux palace across the road for free.
