  Hotel is very clean. Nice room. Very good location for access to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Solid breakfast included in price which meant a good value.   We really enjoyed the staff and the pool. The breakfast wasn't extravagant but was sufficient. - It an excellent hotel if you have a car as it is outside Geneva yet close to it. The view of the lake is marvelous when taking breakfast in the morning.

The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.   The location was great with having the train across the street for access for day trips. You can also get a pass from the hotel for free train rides to Montreux and Lausanne. The rooms are perfectly designed, minimalist styling but everything you need. Great mountain/lake views every morning too. You ca - This is a very nice, very modern hotel in a great location. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. They gave us free tickets to ride the train to Montreux and half off cards for Chillon Castle! The windows/door are very sound proof so even though it's close to the road and train station, noise is not a problem at all when everything is closed. The terrasse is a lovely view to have a drink and/or snack.

  Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me.
