  Location and ambience of hotel is wonderful. For the location this hotel is a great value. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful breakfast was good - The hotel in general, staff and position of hotel. Hve stayed here 5times in the past 4 months. Would not think of staying in any otherhotel in the area.

  This Hotel is fantastic ! The staff is incredibly friendly and responded to any request I had. Karan is the BEST you will find him super helpful and welcoming. The workout facilities are super, the fitness room appeared to have all new equipment and was VERY clean and well run. The pool, sauna, steam, etc. are first class. Comfortable room, good breakfast, very nice spa area, really nice to relax if you go for a round tour on Sempachersee or for a city a trip. Also close to train station and practical if you want to go for a tour in Luzern. We will definitely go back!
