  The staff was about as good as it gets from a service standpoint. At your beck and call. I stayed there two nights. In fact I returned for a second night because of how impressive Cresta is for the cost. We paid c.£80 for one night in a double bedroom, single occupancy in each, with a big, good, all you can eat brekky: cereals, breads, yoghurts, meats and cheese.   Our host was wonderful. Helpful, friendly, and cooked rosti for us on when it wasn't on the menu. Room was quite large with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Comfortable bed, everything very clean. Films seems to be mainly a ski town. - Friendly staff, marvelous brakfast, view.
