The wellness centre, the food despite having a set menu for evening meal they catered very well for vegetarians. The food was excellent value.

Hotel des Alpes is a very good vfm, comfy, relaxed, friendly, welcoming,
family-fun hotel - a good 3* hotel.
We paid c.£80 for one night in a double bedroom, single occupancy in each, with a big, good, all you can eat brekky: cereals, breads, yoghurts, meats and cheese.
Hotel has a car-park for c.30 cars underground. It cost us c.£15 for one night

Very nice personell,good breakfast and internet.Ski bus just around the corner ,takes ca.3 mins to the gondola station.Have not used in house restaurant but it looks very inviting.Wellness facilities proper for 3 stars,warm water in the pool.

Our host was wonderful. Helpful, friendly, and cooked rosti for us on when it wasn't on the menu. Room was quite large with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Comfortable bed, everything very clean. Films seems to be mainly a ski town. -

We loved the beautiful wooden style of the hotel and rooms along with the family owned feeling. The food in the restaurant La Clav was delicious and the breakfast buffet was very generous.
The spa and swimming pools were very nice and relaxing.
Free Wifi throughout the hotel.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful, the room was a great size with very good facilities. Tunnels connect all hotel buildings which is great in winter! The Spa is very relaxing. The restaurants provide an excellent choice of food at different budgets. Simply excellent

The room looked new and was nicely decorated. We had a little terrace to enjoy the evening sun, and the breakfast was very good. The location is convenient, right above the bus stop "Promenada" and there are several good restaurants in walking distance. Extremely friendly staff, very helpful. -

The location in relation to public transport made it very easy to reach the bergbahn. The sauna's are an excellent way to relax after a long day boarding.
