The hotel is very conveniently located in the hart of town and just off the banks of the Rhine river. Being a regular guest in Basel for business, it is definitely a hotel which I will be adding to my top list of possible hotels to stay at as it certainly offers value for money.

Good location; stayed for 2 nights to visit Christmas Market. Staff were
friendly and helpful. Close to key markets, museums, and room came with
public transport pass. We had two good meals at the restaurant and found
the breakfast typical of a good European hotel. I don't know where
the others ate. Excellent coffee served with warm milk.

Free Tram pass provided was brilliant and so easy to use and get around.Coffee machine, nuts and water were nice gestures.Breakfast good and served until 1pm- so ideal for travellers or just leisurely start to the day. -
