  The property is beautiful, the staff were hospitable, friendly, helpful and downright adorable. Santander is in a part of Spain that does not speak English, and being the only one of 3 that speaks high-school spanish, ie, not much, the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we knew where we were going and what to do.   Staff very helpful. Our dog had an accident and they were very kind - the staff were very helpful and polite making us very welcome. The fact we had a dog who was made just as welcome and allowed in the room was really great. I will use this hotel again.

  I liked that it was right across the street from the Bus Station. I was able to hop on a bus to the airport for less then 3 Euros!   The teenagers' room had an adjoining sun room with table and chairs and windows which opened properly. Also, we were able to park right outside the hotel for a small fee.
