  Silvia and Gerrard, the owners, were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The enormous house and gardens with pool were very spacious and because they only let out 5 rooms or so, felt almost like having your own country house.   From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. We loved the Carrot cake! The standard room is divided into two separate ar - There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted.   As close to perfect as any hotel I've stayed in. The room was so beautiful that before I did anything else, I spent about ten minutes simply taking photos of it. The village of Sant Feliu, where the hotel is located, is also very pleasant, and the hotel has deals with all three of the local restaurants for - The owners were really nice and made sure that we needed everything we wanted. The living area was very cosy. The rooms were clean and romantic and the bathroom was modern and of all comfort. Breakfast was great, a good variety of fresh fruit, yoghurts and bread etc. We felt welcome and had a great stay.

  We stayed in the suite which was simply gorgeous. The balcony, shaped tub, remote controlled curtains, reflective glass, see-through glass, mirrors, and lighting, all contributed to an intimate setting. The wardrobe had plenty of space and the music from the tv system was free. The hotel's library, livingroom, artwork, outdoor space with sunhats - We enjoyed the juxtaposition of the historic building and painted ceilings against the modern decor. The staff was very helpful in giving us restaurant recommendations and directions to the sites. The breakfasts were delicious and diverse (instead of the bread and coffee most B&Bs serve). It was extremely clean and very intimate given there are only 7 rooms. We ate breakfast on the private patio every morning where we enjoyed architecture hidden from passersby on the street.
