The staff were just so super lovely.. You walk in and are greeted with
such a warm smile. They were more than happy to give directions, suggest
places to go.. In fact the woman at the front desk spent so much time
helping us with maps that we felt like we had a personal assistant!
The room was clean, comfortable and the bed was comfy.. The shared bathroom was clean also. No complaints!

This is the place with atmosphere, managed by local family even with Slovak waiter :-). Right at the beach, clean simple design and recently refurbished. Good restaurant, great coffee. Advantage also is, that main 'people walking around traffic' goes 2-3 streets away, so thus you can have relaxing morning and evenings sittings at balcony and overlooking sea; which is literally under the balcony. Hotel has very nice relaxing seating / sofa area with sea view.

The owner (or manager) of the hotel is one of the kindest person I have ever met! He was extremely helpful and flexible! The hotel is really close to the center of Ciutadella and to the sea as well, but for the nearest beach you need to walk some minutes (which is really few in Menorca!). The location was quiet and friendly as well! Really nice ch

centre. Clean room, everyday cleaning service. Check-out at 12 noon, and
not early in the morning like other hotels. Comfortable bed, big
bathroom,quiet location. Very easy parking around! Didn't have
breakfast so we cannot comment. Last but definetely not least: great
value for money!

We stayed at Hostal La Isla in august for 7 days with the half-board
service. Satisfying food - but don't expect a five stars treatment,
remember it is a hostel - daily cleaning service, aircon+wi-fi,
closeness to the touristic port, the city centre, a supermarket and a
free car parking in case you rent a car. Friendly and kind staff.

The owner was extraordinarily friendly and helpful; the double bedroom for a single person was more than adequate. Breakfast was lovely and he offered me choices of cheese and tomato on the toast - very Spanish and very nice. Location was very central but yet very quiet. Extremely good value. I will return because it's a beautiful spot and the people are so warm.

The staff, particularly Dani, were very welcoming and helpful. The location was superb; close to the beach with good restaurants nearby. This is a great place if you're looking for somewhere far from the madding crowd. So peaceful. I would definitely go back to Hostal Santi. -
