This family-run hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool, with a poolside terrace and café. It is situated in a quiet part of Ciutadella, just 100 metres from the seafront promenade. Each simple, functional room at Hotel Madrid has a balcony with street views. All rooms include a fan, safe and private bathroom. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Hotel Madrid is only 500 metres from Ciutadella Cathedral and the historic town centre. Platja Gran Beach is a 10-minute walk away. Free public parking can be found nearby.

The owner (or manager) of the hotel is one of the kindest person I have ever met! He was extremely helpful and flexible! The hotel is really close to the center of Ciutadella and to the sea as well, but for the nearest beach you need to walk some minutes (which is really few in Menorca!). The location was quiet and friendly as well! Really nice choice for this price!. Very friendly staff. Good location, only 10-15 mins walk from the town centre. Clean room, everyday cleaning service. Check-out at 12 noon, and not early in the morning like other hotels. Comfortable bed, big bathroom,quiet location. Very easy parking around! Didn't have breakfast so we cannot comment. Last but definetely not least: great value for money!.
