  All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   Peaceful, no noise at night. Nice rooms. Very good breakfast. SPA was FANTASTIC + jaguzzi on the roof! Lot's of activities: snooker, pool, computergames, bowling (though it was not in very good shape), spa, minigolf. Nice swimmingpool. - The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. In our opinion, this hotel would be competitive within the 4 star range, but easily beats the others with 3 stars. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

  The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms nicely situated and quiet. All the time it was clean everywhere there in the room and rest of the hotel.The swimming pool was big and the sun bathing area too. The breakfast is just fine. Joskus tosiaan näytti siltä, että altaalta ei "ennakkovaraajien" vuoksi löytäisi lepotuolia, mutta aina pienen etsinnän jälkeen hyvä paikka löytyi.   Staff have always been helpful, this is the 5th time i've stayed here. On this occasion due to the air traffic control problem in the uk, i am in fact still here. Spacious two-room apartments with nice balcony view towards the pool. The balcony has sunlight in the morning. We loved the kitchen. The pool area was good.   the location was good - Very nice hotel. I loved the decoration, so spanish. Our room was spacious. Staff is nice, they helped us when we needed help with map and everything. Loved the pool! Really good location.

  I like the fact that the staff are very professional, responding well and spontaneously to any requirements you have. I also like the constant house-keeping you get throughout the week. Most apartments come with a lovely balcony, modern lounge with a flat screen tv and other general mods & cons you may require. Mike in the bar very friendly though his hours are a bit short. 10.00 to 19.00. Breakfast good but I was up early most mornings and had to go elsewhere. Will be back. Have stayed in maybe 30 hotels in Playa D I ranging from 2 to 5 star and can honestly say Walkerias offers the best value for money.
