  We stayed at the BB for one week in March and were very sorry to come home. We stayed in house number 17 it was clean and tidy and had a newish kitchen and two bathrooms.   All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   One of the best choice if you are looking a simple appartment close to the beach. The views from big balconys are magnificant, rooms are clean, kitchen is solid equiped, appartments are big enough. Staff is kind, they serve breakfast and dinner, which we did not try. They have as well a laundry service, other guests are tranquil, mostly Germans. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around. Well stocked kitchen but there was no electric kettle. Wi-Fi was better than expected. Hard to find better value at this price. Electronic safe and electronic gates so we fe - Excellent staff. Excellent service. Great pool (had it to ourselves!) Very accommodating about our late departure. WE WILL RETURN!!!

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   Peaceful, no noise at night. Nice rooms. Very good breakfast. SPA was FANTASTIC + jaguzzi on the roof! Lot's of activities: snooker, pool, computergames, bowling (though it was not in very good shape), spa, minigolf. Nice swimmingpool. - The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. In our opinion, this hotel would be competitive within the 4 star range, but easily beats the others with 3 stars. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

  full kitchen, lovely balcony to good swimming pool, very clean, staff was friendly. great location 7min walk to the beach, very central close to everything and Yumbo is 5min away. - Cheap and cheerful. Very close to the yumbo and Monika was lovely. My flight wasn't til late and she let me keep my room all day.
