Our stay waa fantastic, start to finish. The apartment we stayed in (one bed duplex) was fabulous - very clean, modern, and had everything we could have wanted to make our stay very comfortable. The location was brilliant, a short walk to all of the major sites. The staff were very helpful, they made some calls for us when our shuttle to the airport was over 30 minutes late. Saw other people had issues with noise on their reviews, but we did not have this issue. Highly recommend.

The apartment that we stayed in was superb. Very comfortable, perfect for a couple. The furnishings were excellent. Location was also amazing. I strongly recommend people stay here when they visit Madrid. The apartment was amazing, very clean, very modern, close to the shops, restaurants and everything you need as supermarkets. The staff were very helpful to assist us and even booked us a car to pick us at the airport with a reasonable price. The apartment is also very close to the tourist attractions like gran villa and shopping places. Lovely apartment, very well appointed with modern furnishings and very helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to metro and right in the heart of a shopping district of Madrid. Fabulous air conditioning system for a hot Madrid summer. Plenty of places to eat out close by. Highly recommend this apartment accommodation. Our apartment was extremely well equipped and finished to a very high standard. There was everything we needed and more ... Down to a sandwich toaster!!! The apartment combined the charm of an historic Spanish style building with modern creature comforts, in an excellent location in the heart of Chueca. There was a group of 6 of us who stayed at this apartment. The location was excellent and we could walk to many of the sights to see in Madrid. It was very well equipped and finding a restaurant nearby was easy. Two metro stations and a supermarket were also nearby. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful very modern apartments. We stayed in two different ones, the 2 bedroom apartment had one of the bedrooms facing the street and the was quite noisy but the other side of the apartment did not get any noise. The staff was nice but they are not always available. Very centrally located. Lovely plush, modern, airy apartments. Very clean and decorated to a high standard. Everything is new and the decor is fresh and minimalistic. High ceilings and very roomy. The kitchen has all you need: toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, washing machine, hob, coffee machine etc. Everything. The staff, the welcome, the location, the facilities, the quality of furnishings and the extras such as free WiFi and large flat screen TV. They secure your luggage after check out. This place is highly recommended. Myself and my two sons will definitely be back. It was brilliant. Originally we were going to stay two nights, but it was so good we came back for 4. Close to public transportation and shops. nothing everything was perfect. As its in the middle of Chueca, and our stay was during Madrid Gay Pride, it was extremely noisy. But this didn't matter, as the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and away from the street. People wanting peace and quiet, or with young children might be better off in a quieter part of town. If I had to say something negative, it would be that parking was a little expensive, but at least it was available and secure. And, being the party city that Madrid is, Friday and Saturday nights can be a little noisy when people are returning home. Door bell to our apartment did not work, hot water ran out quickly and so did the wi-fi. Lack of mirrors! There was only one mirror in the bathroom and a tiny one in the hallway....not ideal when you have 4 girls getting ready for a night out! No full length mirror either. Our shower only allowed for 2 hot showers so the last two people had to have cold showers. This happened every day. Nothing. It was brilliant. No parking in front of apartments. The is a public underground parking lot about a block away, but it is relatively expensive (about 30EU per day). They don't take pets... what a shame. I would be staying there four times a year or more if they did. The location. It is very crowded and noisy during weekend. The cost of parking is extremely expensive (no discount for overnight parking when you stay there). The roads are very narrow that made us difficult to drive a van for 7. Wee bit noisy when people came in late at night. Not enough hot water for 4 showers. No hangers. The staff confirmed a pick up for airport transfer and the transfer never arrived. No one would answer the staff door on Saturday morning so we were nervous about missing our flight. A friend arranged a transport for us fortunately. A regular cab would have been too small for a family of 4, plus luggage. Only thing missing was full length mirror and not enough towel hooks in bathroom. The apartment could be improved by the installation of a full length mirror, there was only one small, high mirror in the bathroom. Also the timber flooring transmitted the noise of people walking around in the apartment on the floor above. Apartment little small. Could do with a second bathroom. The Wifi is not very reliable The stairs on the duplex apartment is not easy to climb. there is absolutely nothing i can think of that i didnt like. it was perfect. - WiFi is flaky that need regular reset. Don't be afraid of low temperatures, since there is neither central heating, nor a good insulation. Moreover, it can get noisy (doors slamming, heels on floors and metal stairways in the rooms). Kitchen area only had one electricity socket so only one of microwave, kettle, toaster could be used at any one time-had to plug toaster and kettle into sockets in other parts of apartment!. The noise from the other appartments was tedious. Wooden floors are great but if there are children or high heels above you they are a menace. Also if you provide a music system people WILL play it loudly no matter what the contract says. It felt cold and not very inviting. Especialy the lobby/entrance.The bathroom shower floor in our room looked very old, dirty and uncared for which was surprising for a new place. It gets noisy at night so must be taken under consideration when choosing to stay in Chueca. enexpected wi-fi cut-off. A bit noisy. Neighborhood can be noisy,but normal for large city. We had to keep window open because of the smell up-stairs, but the apt was clean. Also they need to put more towels. shower was weak this is the only thing i did't like about this place but defiantly i will come again . Steep stairs to the second floor, no railing (Duplex apartment). Little bit noisy. To make the room perfect it just needs a full length mirror. It's a bit noisy but that is purely down to location. We were in the top floor. Only skylights with no windows or view so felt a bit unusual. The stairs inside the apartment were tricky - open bars painted with gloss paint and no handrails, so very modern but difficult to use and would be a hazard for anyone who is not agile!. Very noisy at night. Best suited to people who stay out very late!. At midnight, many young people down in the street talked loudly and screamed occasionally. They didn't leave until seven or eight o'clock in the morning. Therefore, we couldn't sleep well during our stay. The street in the Chueca district just below the apartment can be quite busy at night. No bowl provided in the kitchen Some burned out lightbulbs. Bedroom was very, very small. Even a single suitcase old not be kept in the room. Water heater ran out at 1 am. a bit noisy, because of the clabs in the street. Triple glazing would make this the perfect accommodation for a city break in Madrid. The shower water never got quite hot enough for us.
