  This place is in the heart of Eixample in a very nice area. We had a superior room with a nice balcony to the main road (it is quite noisy even at night, but if you use earplugs there is no problem). You also have a commonly used living and breakfast room - very lovely because the details of the old house (e.g, wooden ceiling). And furthermore, Raquel as a host is fantastic :-) - I think the hostel is very well located, its very easy to travel inside the city, because its very close to the metro and main streets.Also you can find pharmacy,restaurants,shopping markets just beside.The owner of the hostel is a very kind,helpful and warm couple. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hostel's balcony was really good to have breakfast. Calm and warm environment you feel like your home. Hope to come again, I absolutely recommend this hostel.

  The building was beautiful. It felt very nice staying in a building that is not just a flashy, touristy hotel or hostel. The privacy was fantastic. The tea and biscuits was a good way to start breakfast. - The staff was amazing and very friendly! :) will definitely visit again! Muchas gracias, guys! x

  Perfect location, Train from Airport T2 terminal takes you direct to Sants Rail Station and its less than 10 min walk from there to Casa Valencia. Rooms are freshly renovated and decorated and stay included comp continental breakfast. The guy who runs the place was super nice and friendly.   Location was excellent in a quiet residential area of the City yet only a few minutes from the Ramblas, Placa Catalunya, la Sagrada, La Pedrera and the upmarket shops along Ave Diagonal. Good value for money B&B with excellent staff to assist with booking. The daily breakfast was good value. The Filipino chap on reception went out of his way to assist us, especially on the last morning when - I liked the location, only a couple of blocks from Las Ramblas Catalunia, in walking distance to the Gaudi homes he built, walking distance to the Plaza Catalunia, the shopping district, restaurants all around this location, and the cute little street we were on. Could sit outside on a bench right in front of the facility. The apartments are modern. The breakfast was very good with lots of options of breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses, had orange juice and coffee.

  Reading some comments, I get the feeling you've been somewhere else ... In my case and what I see in the majority of customers, the attention was great. On arrival They were waiting and gave me information on what to visit and where to eat. The lady who prepared breakfast, which incidentally is very comprehensive, and includes hot croissants, is super friendly and is aware of what yo - Hospitality was excellent. I can honestly recommend the place. The owners of the apartman were really kind and helpful. They gave us nice tips for sightseeing, food, party. Room was clean.
