  Hotellin henkilökunta oli erityisen ystävällistä ja huomioivaa, teki olon kotoisaksi. - Staff is incomparable, they are very good at English (dislike the Spanish), friendly and helpful (without invading my privacy). Location is in the heart of Madrid exactly 4 minutes far from a major Metro station and a shopping district. A++ hotel. - the staff is very very helpful and friendly and speak english. the rooms while small are comfortable. the shower is very nice. they have a free computer with internet onsite. other travelor's have left books and magazines to read. it is close to several metros and within walking distance to the museums. the price is reasonable and our room was quiet.

  The position was fabulous for sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was generally clean and facilities were good. Staff were very willing to give us a late check out :) - Great location, just 5 mins from Gran Via and just off the shopping areas. Most Madrid attractions are 10-15 mins walking distance.   We arrived early and the reception lady arranged an early check-in with no extra charge. Very good location and for the price we've paid it was a real steal. - Relation cost/benefit was excellent.   The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was pretty small but to just spend the night there was perfect. Bathroom was great, room was clean, good and convenient location. Everything was great besides the size of the room. - Everything was just perfect. The airport bus is just some few steps away.   Staff, Location and Cleanliness. Location was just the best in Madrid I believe. It is not in the midle of the touristic spot so you dont see 40+ years old tourists waddling around in their "comfortable" attire when you go outside of you hotel, instead, you are in the middle of the trendiest area. You can take express bus from the airport (24h) for only 5EUR and get off in Plaza Cibeles which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Y - We had a wonderful time in this beautifully designed and extremely well located hotel. Staff were very friendly, elegant and welcoming. Attention to detail is for sure one of the key principles of this hotel, starting with the welcome (someone opening the door for you, we got offered as well a glass of Champagne to welcome us, water was provided for free in the room, ...).
