All our needs were met and any requests were willing to be accommodated including leaving our luggage there for a whole day (as our train trip was at night).   1. LOCATION is excellent, very close to Metro station (Gran Via) & many city landmarks (Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, can be reached by walk).
