  I liked that this hostel is located straight in the very heart of Madrid, it is not very expensive, the scinery out of the window is very beautifull on the buildings of the city, personally I like it. The rooms are cleaned every day, the stuff is very friendly .There is a central heating and it was warm in february. You can buy water inside. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, so I was there with my 6 months old daughter and during day and night they helped me when I needed to heat milk, etc…

There were two glass doors which is why it was surprisingly quiet in the room. - The treatment was very hospitable and attentive.   My wife left her diamond ring and a watch behind as we rush to the airport. The watch has some value but the ring was expensive. We would never expected to get our ring and watch back. To our surprises, when we ask Juan (our representative), he said that the cleaning lady found our items and he will send them back to us. I - The Apartments were really nice. And the staff were quick when we needed them. We were a group of 25 and had some some difficulties with the keys - but the staff sorted everything out. A very nice place to stay in Madrid - close to everything - within walking distance. Thorkild Panduro Thrane P.S. I've already recommended the place to friends on Facabook.

  The apartment was comfortable and near the city attractions. We had problems with the washing machine, and when we contacted the owner the service was prompt. The apartment was very secure and we enjoyed Madrid very much.
