  My wife left her diamond ring and a watch behind as we rush to the airport. The watch has some value but the ring was expensive. We would never expected to get our ring and watch back. To our surprises, when we ask Juan (our representative), he said that the cleaning lady found our items and he will send them back to us. I - The Apartments were really nice. And the staff were quick when we needed them. We were a group of 25 and had some some difficulties with the keys - but the staff sorted everything out.   Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

The room was quiet (away from the street), and the area was quiet at night. Many options for eating nearby or a quick (1 euro) metro ride away. The metro stop was less than two minutes away and facilitated travel throughout the city. The room was clean and maintained throughout my stay.
