  the hostel is very pretty and the staff is so kind! Rooms and common space are always clean and orderly. You can cooking in the kitchen and every morning there's breakfast until 10. They borrow you hairdryer if you need (for free). They provide you bed sheets and a locker with your key to keep your staff in the shared bedroom.   The hostel is located in the city centre, 2 minutes from the metro Opera, the Palacio Real, 5 minutes walk to the Gran via, and 15 to the Prado Museum. Near many cafes and bars where you can eat and drink. We had a room with three beds, air conditioning, safety Deposit box (1 euro), tv, free wi-fi. The room was small but clean. My window was on pedestrian street Arenal, where people are walking all night long, but it wasn't noisy, I easily fell asleep (with closed window). Very safe district of Madrid.
