  The Ciutat Vella was perfect, The staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially like the fact that they have a fridge full of bottled water in reception and you can just help yourself, There is free internet and you can print off anything you require free of charge.   The apartment truly is centrally located which is great if you're in Barcelona to see the city. It was easy to find and the check in was simple. Judit explained exactly how to get to there when we called ahead from the airport. Olav was waiting for us just outside the door and the address was well-marked. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had many personal touches to make you feel at home. Hones - Excellent apartment - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. It was well equipped, very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Excellent location too in a quiet back street that's easy walking to La Rambla, the Old City, Port and the beach. It's right by the Universitat metro stop (no more than 5 mins walk away) and the metro itself, so easy to use. Our first time staying at a serviced apartment and we'll definitely be doing it again based on our experience here.

  The apartment-sharing style feeling rather than being in a soul-less hotel. Pablo was extremely welcoming and devoted to provide a great stay: breakfast was served for my early rising, he gave me tips on great tapas place, etc. Really a great host. It's on the 5th floor so it's quite nice. The location is perfect on a residential street with bakeries and groceries - It's very nice appartment, almost in the center of the city, 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes - from Plaza de Catalunya. Location is great. And Paulo, the host, was very nice and helpful. Room was quite comfortable and clean. But there are 5 rooms and you have to keep quiet to not disturb your neighbors . Minimal breakfast is included .

Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone.
