  The room was warm large and comfortable---and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful . - Desk Manager Pablo was as helpful helpful and friendly as could be. I cannot. rate him highly enough. He put the staff in the Parador at which we stayed to shame. Nice Hotel, well positioned but very difficult to find.

  This hostel is one of the reasons I enjoyed Toledo so much. Juan Carlos, the owner, is one of the best hosts I've ever met. When we called him to tell him that we would arrive late, he waited for us until 1am, and was patient and helpful during our whole stay. The room was nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable.   The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable, even luxurious, and within easy walking distance up a hill to the centre of Toledo. On the way there is a variety of interesting shops from which you can buy great food for lunch and there is lots of interesting Spanish architecture to see on the way. Breakfast was excellent value and staff were lovely. Location was super as it was within walking distance to all major tourist sites.
