  The room was warm large and comfortable---and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful . - Desk Manager Pablo was as helpful helpful and friendly as could be. I cannot. rate him highly enough. He put the staff in the Parador at which we stayed to shame. Nice Hotel, well positioned but very difficult to find.

Toledo is a really small city so even Alcazar, which is across town, was more accessible than I'd anticipated from reading other reviews.   Very friendly staff, beautifull hotel with a very nice area/facilities. Extremely confortable bed (and room). Music all over the hotel is an excellent idea, we liked it. We left very early, around 7:00 am, before the breakfast time, but the staff provided a special breakfast to us.
