The beds are basic but comfortable enough. The staff are normally dealing with students so the check-in/out is functional rather than personable. They ran around to a different hotel to make sure we had copies of our passports for the Tomatina and did loads of extra stuff (like getting us a corkscrew) that they really didn't have to do. Our party of four was met at the airport by a very friendly rep from the company who took us to check in and then on to the apartments. The apartment grounds were very clean as were both of the apartments we rented. We were worried that the location might be out on a limb, however there is a tram/underground less than 5 mins walk away and you can be in the centre of Valencia within 15 mins for 1.3 euros!   Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely revisit this hotel. - I am in a wheelchair and at no time did I have a problem with access to any facilities + the staff treated me like a human being not an inconvenience.
