  Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing.   This is a lovely hotel, staff are very pleasant and helpful and there are some good restaurants/bars close by. We were worried that the location might be out on a limb, however there is a tram/underground less than 5 mins walk away and you can be in the centre of Valencia within 15 mins for 1.3 euros!   Great location right on the beach, offered breakfast not very varied but filling. Room was clean and quite a funky decor, had air conditioning and a very welcome hairdryer. - Staff were so kind and took care of what we asked so quickly. Nice jacuzzi inside suit, nice design, perfect view specially at sunrise .

They ran around to a different hotel to make sure we had copies of our passports for the Tomatina and did loads of extra stuff (like getting us a corkscrew) that they really didn't have to do. Plenty of bars and restaurants right underneath us to eat and drink at!
