  Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällistä ja avuliasta, varsinkin kun tarvitsimme apua kadonneiden matkalaukkujemme kanssa. The hotel staff were very friendly, providing informations needed for going around in Barcelona. The room was cleaned everyday! Breakfast was superb and included from full english breakfast to a full on continental! The service is very polite and always there when you need it. We had checked out and we had left behind our camera's memory card in the room. We thought that we had lost all our trip's memories but after a phone call and an excellent service we were able to get hold of it again. Thanks for that.
