The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.

Excellent hotel in a great central position allowing you to explore the old city, Cathederal, Alhambra palace etc. Also very close to excellent restaurants and shops. Altogether the best place to stay in Granada. - The bed was comfortable, the room was large for a single, the bathroom was luxurious!

Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. Really well located for what we needed, you can't park nearby but for us it was not an issue. Everything you might need to self cater was there. Great place for a comfortable inexpensive stay. -
