  The area was so nice and quiet. I like to walk so the convenience toother transportation sites was fine. This is a great hotel. The bed wasso comfortable. The staff actually respects your wishes of not beingdisturbed. I will stay here again on my next visit. - The service was very good -- it's not just what they did, it's really how they did it.   Probably the one hotel where the service from every single staff member from doorman to reception was excellent. Everyone smiles here! The decor is beautiful, the rooms luxurious and much bigger than what you would expect normally in a big city in Europe. Location was fantastic, for restaurants and shopping. Would never stay anywhere else in Madrid after this experience. - Fresh fruits & chocolate at arrival and every evening. Housekeeping twice a day.
