  Sijainti on erinomainen, lähelä metroa ja kävelymatkan (10-15 min) päässä keskustasta. Hotelli oli siisti, rauhallinen ja huone oikein mukava. Meillä kävi hyvä tuuri: Saimme huoneen (5, krs) omalla terassilla! Hotellin oma kahvila oli todella hyvä ja kävimmekin siellä syömässä aamupalaa (Leipä, kahvia ja tuoremehua 3,50€). Also, the subway station is just nearby, i.e. within 3 min. walk down the same street. Very efficient heating system. Excellent receptionist's, room and breakfast service. Rich buffet breakfast with all sorts of food to satisfy any choice. The overall standard is fully equal to 3*** or even a bit above. - Standard of room and reception area were excellent - appeared to be brand new (April 2008). Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to Playa de Major. 5 minutes walk from Puerto de Toledo Metro. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.

  Brilliant location - right in front of the train station, direct to Barajas, at the same time close to all sightseeing, easy walkable distance and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places. Our room was overlooking the Royal Palace. Beds are comfortable enough, very nice décor in the room, big bathroom. Scenery from 6th floor was very good looking towards Casa de Campo park. Room was nice and tidy and the bed was ok to sleep. Some small restaurants are nearby and the old centrum incl.   It was an excellent location, near the metro and Plaza Mayor. The staff were all very helpful and parking was facilissimo. They were extremely accommodating, providing driving directions in Madrid and other advice. - The breakfast (which was not included) was delicious and plentiful.

  from the time we got there they made us feel like home, everybody was extremely nice and polite with us. I will recommend it to all of my friends. jus make sure if you want to be used the terrace at night make reservati - The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),
