  Located in the center of down town. Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Heating was ok which was very important due to 2 deg outside. - Nice location close to the town center. Friendly personnel, though not speaking English, only Spanish.

  There appeared to be a citchen with electric oven and a fridge, and plates and cups. No microwave, no fry or stew pan, though. Somehow the presence of the citchen was not stated either in the description of the room or on the photo of it.   This was over all an amazing experience. All employers were above and beyond in our expectations, very friendly, always in a good mood and cheerfull. Great price / quality relation and very clean comodations. Amazing location, right in the middle of salamanca and yet quite enough to provide a good night of sleep.   Upon booking the apartment, we were asked to contact to arrange a meeting time- the apartment replied proposing a time only fifteen minutes after what we sent, and the representative arrived exactly on time. There is a bar directly across the street where we we were able to wait with a beer. The apartment seemed small at first- and it is, but so thoughtfully laid out that it was not a drawback. It w - Absolutely charming studio apt., fully equipped. We especially appreciated the basic cooking items such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, vinegar, etc. (cooking oil should have been olive oil, tho). Excellent location right in the heart of the historic part of the city, and easy walking distance to all sites, super market, coffee in the morning.

  Location, location, location!! :-) Next to the Plaza Mayor (but not so easy to find!, Bring a map of the area). Staff is really helpful, available 24/7. We had a quiet room in the backyard. I think this is better during weekends, since the front part has lots of bars and can be noisy. There are some 20 steps to get to the lobby, then lift to rooms... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . We left the luggage after check-out. Staff is really really nice :-)). Rooms is what you expect from a clean nice hostel. - The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

  our first room smelled of tobacco; when we complained they immediately switched us to a better room. The staff was extremely helpful and kind despite not having great language skills. The lobby or lounge was very pleasant to hang out in (and use wifi). - The location is good.
