  From the moment the taxi pulled up at the entrance to the hotel till the moment we departed, the Staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated (modern decor) and well maintained. Suggestion: Adjust the in-house guests dining cost to a whole dollar as this will be more attractive, rather than with the additional cents which can inadvertently convey overly exacting costs.

  Ken or Kenneth (i think thats his name) from Frontdesk is great! He is tge person who attended to us when we arrived and when we left. A very very nice and polite person. He is very helpful to us telling us where to go and how to go to places. Also, the bus driver at night. Family rooms are rare in Singapore from my research. The interconnecting family room at Days was great. The staff were wonderful especially the Bell boy - he gave us directions and helped get us to where we wanted to go on numerous occasions. He even helped load our luggage into taxis even though he had officially finished work for the day. The hotel is a little out of the city but they offer a great free shuttle service to the train.
