  It was an amazing experience while staying at Backpackers Inn. The staff was extremely good and cooperative. It has all the facilities same like a 3 stars hotel. There is a Kitchen, Clean toilets, Laundry, Fridge, Wifi and a lot of facilities. You can walk to Boat Quay, the Merlion park, China Town, Clarke Quay and - Although it's just a capsule room, it's surprisingly comfortable. The toilet is always clean and dry, no smell. The shower flows well. Locker, hairdryer for free. AC is cold! Blanket available for free. WiFi in your room for free. 24-hour breakfast you can just open the fridge and eat cereals, bread, biscuits and drink tea, coffee, milk. They also have microwave and if you still need to go around after checking in you can leave your bags for free. Computer with internet for free!

  The eco-friendly design is really unique and tastefully done. We been to Crown Plaza Hotel recently who also adopt Eco-friendly design but we would say ParkRoyal design is more impressive. Also the pool is cleverly design, guest can swim even during raining days as well. The cage around the pool is interesting. Anyway, overall thumbs up for Park Royal hotel - The location of the hotel was in walking distance of many attractions. Room was fresh and clean, bed comfortable, airconditioner quiet, shower hot and direct, lovely view and no street noise. Pool has the wow factor. Breakfast spoilt for choice, relaxed and plentiful. On our return we have talked to our family and friends about the young luggage assistant who went well beyond good service to assist us with our transfer to the boat. He made the stay for great to memorable.

  We loved this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and close to the MRT, bus routes and Clarke Quay. Although the room was small, it was clean. Complimentary bottled water and sodas were provided. The wifi worked like a dream and was fast. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was lovely. The safe in the room is large and works well. - Clean rooms, comfortable bed & soft pillows, they even provide orthopedic pillows which supports the neck! Great great Staff! Very helpful and polite. I was asking for an adress, a young Singaporian Lady at the front desk googled the adress and handed me a printed map of how to get there from the hotel! I will never forget this act of kindness!
