The staffs were very helpful, also they have this friendly indian man dress up in old dutch costume who is super funny and friendly.
On the room itself, my family had a great stay during our visit to singapore. Everything was well prepared.

The staff from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping were polite, efficient and professional. They made our stay a very pleasant one.

Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.

We stayed for a couple of nights and loved it. Very modern and comfortable. The free wifi worked a treat. I could not connect at first, but they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. It's great to stay at a place that understands the importance of wifi. The location was wonderful. Right on Orchard. -

The staff we really good, everytime we call for anything they would cone immediatly. The helped us with finding taxi, movie ticketing and many more. Great place for family with kids. The best thing is location location and location. Its close to many shopping centers and supermarket, taxi stop, and MRT 'train station'. -

grounds and all of the facilities were 1st class. No it is not on one of
the main shopping streets but it is just a short walk to Orchard road
and one of the best mrt underground stations (a major intersection of 4
different lines) in Singapore. To have the vibrant city of Singapore at
your feet combined with the tranquility and luxury of the Fort Canning

We liked the sheer luxury and quality about everything the hotel has, its comfort, cleanliness and service. This is a great hotel in a central location right above City Hall MRT Station, with easy walking to the Harbor areas and the Singapore Flyer etc. We travelled from the airport via the MRT for S$2.40 (£1.20 approx.) Concierge were most obliging from local advice and knowledge, luggage security once checked out etc. The room was very comfortable with a work desk area which was most helpful. Would look to stay here again when traveling to Singapore.
