  Very good location, easy to go anywhere. Staffs were the best. They had very good attitude and were keen to help any time. The free mini bar was excellent. Room was bit small but that's how it is in Singapore. Very comfortable bed. We got a corner room, so we had 2 different views which one of them was a great forest view.   Friendly, attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Lovely heritage building - so much nicer than staying in some impersonal international high-rise. Location in China town with plenty of great eating places (try the amazing Moojaa down the road). Close to a station with easy access to all parts of the city. We would stay there again and recommend to our friends.

  The hotel is great! It is situated on a small hill, which is away from the hustle and bustle of the city.   courteous and helpful staff - Breakfast was excellent. and the hotel room is also clean. the per night charged was just alright. it is not so cheap, well what can we say since it comes with the name so cannot complain about it.

They didnt have an elevator but there were electric escalators, which seemed like a nice idea! Bottled water included in room. Even thought they did not offer breakfast there were some great local breakfast places close by.
