  The team kept in touch with me right up until they handed me the key and arranged my transfer to the airport. The place was clean and you have towels and pretty much everything else you need (iron, but no iron-board, plates, cups etc etc). It is about 10 min from the metro, 30-40 min leisurely walk to the Kremlin, grocery stores are within walking distance, boat trips, some museums, the list can go on and on. The staff were also very friendly and helpful most of the time. The apartment has everything you need, is nicely designed and you definitely feel at home. The excellent internet connection was a good benefit too. It really was a great place for a city trip.

  Hotel Kamergersky offers excellent value for money and the location is unbeatable. Located on a cobbled pedestrian-only street, lined with restaurants, it is only a three minute walk to the Red Square. The staff, Svetlana and Victoria in particular, were friendly, helpful and made excellent arrangements on my behalf. We were escorted to the hotel by staff from our taxi on arrival and our luggage was carried to our room - a lovely touch. The same on our departure. The hotel was superbly located on the kamergersky walking street with easy acess to all tourist attractions. A brilliant little hotel and a real gem in the heart of a beautiful city

  Staff were most friendly. Waiter Alexandra was a true gentleman and could not do enough to make our stay a most pleasurable experience. Spa facilities were excellent. If I had anything bad to say it would be, coffee and tea facilities should be in the rooms and a residents bar is needed for guests to have a quiet drink.
