In this case, I can admit that Aquamarine hotel was perfect- near the city centre (reach in 10 min by metro), calm place, good stuff.   This is a great hotel to stay at the city center, within a nice surrounding and 10 min. walking distance to metro station, making it easy to reach every part of the city quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and every detail was addressed just like you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The room - we had a junior suite - was comfortable and spacious. The view over the river was nice. The staff were excellent. I booked at 60% off the rack rate so it was good value too.

  Location amazing. The best in Moscow. Walking distance to everywhere. Metro just outside the door. Hotel is very historical. There is a photo gallery on the 2nd floor by the breakfast room where you see people who have stayed there and is it unbelievable. Rooms are large and with good taste period furnishings. Concierge fantasti - Location is hands down amazing. From 3 metro stops within walking distance to your ability to cross the street for a midnight stroll of Kremlin. We had a regular ( no view) room and it was enormous, clean with a very comfortable bed. Chocolates and next day weather reports on the pillow were a nice touch.

  What makes hotel cosmos a great choice for a stay in Moscow is a combination of three things. Firstly the location is great for travelling to the centre because the metro is only 5 mins from the hotel. Secondly, whilst the rooms are basic, the hotel has many facilities. Rooms are of a decent size and although a bit old fashioned now are still perfectly functio - Excellent location, within a short walk from the metro station and All-Russian Exhibition Center, which was the main reason to choose this hotel. The room facilities were a bit tired, but for me it was not an issue. The bed was OK, it was not cold in the room and hot water was available at all times.   i have been staying at Hotel Yunost two or three times a year for five or six years. it has steadily got better and is pleasant and comfortable place to stay. There is the metro close by plus it easy to park or get collected from the hotel. I would happily reccommend Hotel Yunost as a good value hotel and a comfortable base. - I booked a standart room. The staff made an upgrade for me for the same price which was a great surprise. There is an access to wi-fi on the each floor (earlier it was only on 8th). The staff is friendly. The room has everything I need. Location is excellent especially for business trips as it is next to metropolitan. Also, there are supermarkets not far away.
