The locatios of the hotel is perfect, not in the main square, instead at a 10 min walking distance, which I do prefere. - Location in the center, really close to Wawel and Stare Miasto, with tram stop in 20m. As mentioned in other reviews, they do not clean and change linen or towels during your stay (we stayed 4 nights), but this was O.K. with us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow! - It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The room was small, but for us it was fine as we just wanted somewhere to sleep and were not bothered about luxury. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy.   The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is amazing for the price just off the main square.
