  Excellent service provided by very friendly staff who work on the reception. If you have any questions before you arrive they are very quick to respond by email. The apartments are very clean and modern in an excellent central location. Look no further if its the flexibilty of an apartment you're after. Fab stay thanks. - The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

  I travelled to Krakow with my sister - it was her 1st time but my 3rd! I chose these apartments mainly because of the central location. Krakow and it's vibrant Market Square is one of my favourite places which I have visited, topped only by the sites of Rome. The apartment we were allocated (V13) was close to perfect. It was clean and had every amenity necessary to make our stay comforta - Easy access to Market Square (around 50 metres); apartments stylishly fitted out, very quiet, airconditioned and well equipped; reception staff very helpful assisting with taxi to/from train station and with précised directions, close to the restaurants of Market Square, close to the central railway shopping and to main shopping centre and close to the wonderful Cracow Concert events which happen around the area.

  Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely girl who was full of maps, suggestions & recommendations (a few of which we tried out & they didn't disappoint!). The apartment it - The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms. Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you. Wonderful place. The apartment was simply incredible - tastefully designed mixing modern

  Harmonious colours and beautiful interior, spacious bathroom, good bed. Staff very frendly. - As soon as I booked this apartment, I received an email from the hotel asking if my husband and I needed a transfer from the airport. This was a very kind gesture because it made it very easy for us to not have to worry about finding a ride to the hotel. ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » I had also requested a room on the garden side of the hotel as I am pregnant and wanted a quieter nights sleep (after reading the the city center side was a bit more loud), and as requested, the hotel provided us with a room on the back side. T - We stayed in Krakow at May. Hotel occupies the 1st floor in old building. There are two types of rooms with view on the internal yard or on the street. Both are ok. Yard is silent (bird's songs at the morning). Noise till to 4-5 a.m. from the street in the second case (no condition system - window was open at the night), more vital and dynamic view. Ideal location (close to the Market Square and Wawel Castle). Good helpful staff. Facilities are ok. Good ratio price-quality.

  Great hotel for it's price! We paid a little extra for the deluxe room and it was a really decent size! Bathroom was insanely huge and very nice! Breakfast in the morning was nice with plenty of options. Location was really excellent and very central to all shops, markets and attractions.
