  It is low cost hostel. Staff polite, bathroom very clean and beautiful. - Great location in Krakow, quite easy to find. Room clean and large enough. Pay in change at the arrival: not a problem, there is an automated teller machine in few meters from the hotel.

  This was a perfect base for exploring Krakow. It is in an excellent location. Our room was clean and cheerful. Everything appeared newly refurbished. The common areas for eating and relaxing provided a place for interacting with other travelers from all around the globe. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thus you make your own bed and the room is not cleaned daily. The staff were extremely good and helpful. It was useful to be able to make a hot drink in the shared kitchen area. Common areas were clean and well maintained, including the kitchen with a microwave and a fridge you can use.   Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. When i go to Krakow again i'll stay probably in F.   Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in.
