Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram.

Everything. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. We had an adorable apartment that with an extra cot or two could easily accomodate a family with a couple of small children. It was very clean and quiet at night. Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

Fantastic clean and new apartments. Nice kitchen and big luxurious bathroom. Big tv and comfortable beds. Like being at home! Easy to find and within 15 minutes walk to the old town and the train station. Lovely girl at reception checked us in and showed us all the things to see and do on the map and we could even use the printer in the reception. We could also use the washing machine in the room and the hotel provided free washing powder too.

Accommodation was good and convenient. Attentive and friendly attitude of staff, reasonable price left nice impression and a desire to return another time.
The room is clean, neat, including comfortable shower and hot water. The presence of the refrigerator and microwave oven, the possibility to make of tea or coffee were a nice addition during my stay. I recommend without hesitation to book hotel accommodations.

It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.

We stayed in the Galeria II, good size for 4 adults. Location is excellant, can walk to the Square in 10 minutes. A 24-hour supermarket is directly under the building with no extra noise.
