The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good plus a bonus that it was served until 11am - handy when you want a lie on! The room was very clean and tidy. - The ambience and calmness of the hotel.   Hotel Grodek is an excellent small hotel, with no detail left unattended. Its location is far better than any other hotel I saw in Krakow -- perfectly quiet, only two short blocks to the main square with easy access to the Jewish quarter. The room was excellent and the service was excellent. Perfect in every respect for my wife and I.
