  Rauhallinen ja siisti. - The hotel is in an excellent location - just down from the main square. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good plus a bonus that it was served until 11am - handy when you want a lie on! The room was very clean and tidy. - The ambience and calmness of the hotel. The professional, prompt and gracious responsivene... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ss of your staff, at all times helpful and pleasant. It was a delight to stay in The Grand at Krakow and I would recommend it highly.
