  My girlfriend and I stayed at the NS for 5 nights in November. It is without doubt a budget hotel, so dont expect to much. It is ideally suited for central Cebu city with a number of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk.   It was very nice and it was great to have a carpeted room versus the other hotel we stayed at during our vacation.
