It was very nice and it was great to have a carpeted room versus the other hotel we stayed at during our vacation. Especially for the price it was not a bad hotel. Wi-fi and proximity to other places. The staff are very good and hospitable..(guards, doorman, reception, reataurant staffs & housekeeping). Friendly and very accommodating staff, the room we stayed is big and comfortable. My son love the koi pond.

Hotel maybe not new, but comfortable and is not expensive. Didn't expect that room for that rate.. It's quite big. Accomodation very nice. Will be back soon. Friendly and accomodating staff. Staffs are caring. good. good thing it was near Ayala center, even at the airport and pier. very convenient. the room is good, with good networks signal. the bed was comfortable, the aircon was about right. Polite and helpful staff. The hotel staff are Friendly and all smile. budget pricing, food was ok. Cable tv. Where the cable was coming out of the wall there was a hole where the cement was remove to get the cable installed should have been repaired. Telephone charge for calling outside the hotel is expensive for me. WIFI needs to go to certain terms and agreement before using... not automatically connected. Our view of the room. Few food choices for breakfast. Poor WI-FI in our room. Cleanliness in CR lacking. Bit old. I forgot to get my OR or Receipt upon check-out. It should be automatic upon check-out to issue OR or Receipt. No hot water in the sink, no hot water in the shower or bath. The shower sprayed everywhere and not just from the shower head. The fridge didnt work so all the drinks were hot. im amazed you dont have any free water. there were two cups and one pack of coffee. very poor. Rooms were old, WIFI was limited to 2 gadgets, Bathroom does not have mirror, the shower was kinda hard to figure out and carpet on the 3rd floor lobby kinda gives off a musty smell. Room given us is quite Good but the room Given to my son and His partner was a bit Aweful. very tired and run down hotel. Phone next to lift ringing for 20 minutes at 7:30am... Bathrooms a bit too old... Air Conditioning not able to set a desired temperature, but switch-on, switch-off basis... Flat sockets instead of round sockets... Breakfats not very appealing: diversity and quality... Had to figure out how to set up the hot water, it wasn't hot at all... 35 minutes to Airport... No WiFi on room (209)... TV is small, 26" max...
