  The Owner - Samuel - is very friendly, smiley and cooperative. He puts a lot of effort and greats his guests 24/7. Very positive! Thank you Samuel! - The room & public area are clean, the bathroom is big enough for a comfortable shower, the room is awesome!! The bus stop is just beside the mailbox, so it's very convenient to go to the town by bus 37. Walking is also possible & takes 25-30 mins. I like the whole atmosphere & style, feeling like home! I'd like to stay here next time in Tromsø again.

  A brand new hotel so everything was clean and fresh. Good location within walking distance to "everything". Reasonable price. Comfortable bed exept for the size of it. Due to heavy partying in neighbouring rooms during our stay we reccomended change of room.   The owner is brilliant! Gave us his own map, brought additional heater, explained the conditions in mountains and most of all - was waiting for us to arrive, that there was no problem on site. Thank you! - It was in a good location for what I wanted to do. The staff was very helpful and answered all the questions I had about the area.
