  The best thing was the room, we liked everything: the bed, the bed-linen, the bathroom, the design. The food was very delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly.   The view of this hotel is very good, a great lake view. We rent an apartment, it's spacious. The small balcony is good for chat and drinks to view such a great lake. It's easy accessible to the main pier and the supermarket nearby. Flåm is a small town, we stayed for 3D2N, one day we took bus to Aurland for hiking, it's convenient. It's good. - The view from our deck was amazing, probably better than the view from the hotels that are nearer to the reail station and port. The room was pretty big, and had all the facilities needed to cook and eat. For those who do not cook, there is a bar/restaurant on the basement that offers basic meals at fair prices.

  Flam is a very beautiful place at the bottom of a fjord, and shouldn't be missed. The hotel is 2 minutes from the train overlooking the fjord. Staff were outstanding, very friendly, welcoming and offering advice on walks in the local area. Facilities were very good. It was winter so not many tourists-which we loved!   Location is amazing, you're just in front of the sea, every room has a patio and a wonderful view of the panorama. The entire structure is wooden with the typical garden roofs you can spot around Norway. Everything is very clean, comfortable and thought about relaxation, for example in the patio you find a bench and a swing chair with pillows. They offer a very nice menu, and their Salmon is somet - Very eccentric Norwegian lodge located directly on the Sognfjord. Simple limited menu in the hotel with no other available dining options.   We liked this amazing place so much! situated near the bank of the most beautiful Fjord in the world. We slept in soft feather bed windowed on Fiord! Natasha - host of the House - wonderful woman with enormous sence of hospitality. Undredal is mostly some kind of "sweet home" than a posh hotel.
