Loved the position. Had a large room with amazing views of the mountains, water and ships. If you were disabled, the rooms too would have been easy to navigate, especially the bathroom. The reception staff were friendly and capable. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice location by the sea, few minutes from the absolute city center. Clean hotel with an appealing architecture, both externally and internally. Very nice staff. The restaurant staff helped with a special dish for the children and toys to play with. Abundant quality breakfast.

I was marooned here for 3 days while waiting to go offshore - weather was too bad for helicopters to fly.
Staff all very helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean, warm, nice rooms with wooden beams - I don't usually care about such things but it did make the place more welcoming. Bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They exuded warmth and went out of their way to make us welcome. The fireside reception lobby was warm and inviting. The location was superb. Breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip and the breakfast room had a light, warm and friendly feeling with a world class view. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.
