  Location was totally fantastic for anyone having to catch an early morning train/bus like me - it's right beside the rail and bus station. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, efficient. The room was one of the best designed I have ever seen in a hotel, and had everything one could possibly need. Norway is - Central location close to the station for early departure via airport express train. Within walking distance of pedestrian street and restaurants. Public transport to port area right outside, as well as using the metro. Staff helpful in printing boarding passes. Included breakfast at the Egon restaurant across from the hotel was an adventure in navigation. Once there food presented had variety for all.

  Everything in the hotel was new and very clean. The rooms were spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great location, walking distance from the main train station and the city center.   Good central location, easy to walk to all attractions from the hotel. The rooms were basic and small but clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price in Oslo it was excellent value for money. WIFI was fast. We didnt have breakfast here (95 krona) but wished we had, seeing as Oslo is such an expensive city, we went to a bakery and ended up pay... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ing 360 krona for the four of us, just for sandwiches and pastries. - My daughter and I loved Smart Hotel! Our room was so clean and comfortable 638. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and then went to Porsgrunn. Unfortunately we didn't book for our return stay and had to book into a different hotel :( as Smart Hotel was fully booked. Loved everything about it. Thanks for a wonderful stay - so friendly and welcoming, Will be back! xx
